DAY 1

Arrival & Welcome

  • Transfer from Rome airport or Stazione Termini
  • This is your day to let go, unwind and share your intention for this retreat, open up about any limiting beliefs holding you back. Soak in the countryside, and enjoy being fully present in the moment.
  • Schedule your private one-on-one coaching session
  • Meet everyone and enjoy our first evening together over the Italian tradition of the Aperitivo and dinner
DAY 2

Visioning & Relationship Versatility

  • Today’s powerful visioning exercise to help you shape the future of your business – and yours
  • In the afternoon we’ll take you on a journey of self-discovery to help you better understand how to get the best out of yourself and the people you “touch”
  • Transfer for an evening promenade and dinner at Castel Gandolfo, summer residence of the previous Popes
DAY 3

The Growth Accelerator System

  • Learn the key to successfully executing on your business vision with our proprietary Growth Accelerator SystemTM to transform how you and build your business – and become a unique competitive advantage.
  • Together we’ll hash out the goals that will transform your business’s future. There will be some tough decision, but we’ll guide and coach you through the process.
  • A cornerstone of Italian life is good food and wine. Lunch will be at one of the area’s beautiful wineries that have been supplying the Eternal City with wine since the days of the Roman Empire, followed by a tour.
  • We’ll return to our goal development this afternoon before taking some time to rest.
  • Dinner will be a light meal in the gardens under the stars. If we're lucky, we might even see a shooting stars that you can wish upon 
DAY 4

A Day of Exploration

  • Today we head into the historical Rome to spend the day exploring and taking in new experiences with one of Rome best known guides and archeologists.  
  • You’ll have the entire day and evening in the Eternal city. See the Colosseum, throw coins in the Trevi Fountain or marvel at the beauty of the Spanish Steps. The day is all yours and the city is an open air museum to enjoy. Shops in Rome close around 8pm at sundown and Italians eat late so don’t think the day is over when the evening comes. No way, it’s time to grab a gelato, find yourself a seat in Piazza Navona or Campo Marzio and watch the world go by… 
DAY 5

Vanquish Limiting Beliefs

  • Today we get tackle what's getting in your way when it comes to achieving the life you want. We’re going to dive into biases, limiting beliefs and thinking styles.
  • Increase your self-awareness, build confidence, and get out of your own way. You'll also grow as a leader as you learn to manage more effectively those you lead and influence (family included). AND it'll take your business to the next level.
  • This is not some “ra ra” session. It’s based on experience, science and a combination of the best research into positive psychology, CBT, DBT and NLP. You will find that tackling mindset becomes a completely different ballgame when you have the right tools.  
DAY 6

Building a Winning Mindset

  • We are going to have so much fun today! The day starts with a session on how to create lasting change. 90% of your success is MINDSET. We want you to succeed when you get home, not fall back into your old patterns.
  • We’re going to practice at QC Terme Roman Spa and Pools with a luxurious afternoon and evening enjoying the true Roman Spa experience.
  • QC Terme Roma recreates the Imperial Roman baths in all their former glory. Precious marbles, pools, retreats, fountains, and gardens, all in the spirit of the ancient imperial baths, create a haven of tranquillity and mindfulness
  • Dinner at the spa in the form of “Aperiterme” – aperitivi and a light, refreshing meal This your time to relax, unwind and reflect.
DAY 7

The Vatican

Today we're popping out of the country with a trip to St Peters and the Vatican Museums, no passport needed

DAY 8

Prepare for Action

  • Our final day is all about ACTION. We will create a plan for each goal. Today will ensure you have the full planning system in place so that you can hit the ground running as soon as you get home. 
  • Celebrate with a delicious Italian celebratory dinner banquet and an awards ceremony. Come as yourself in 2024. You look and feel amazing. You've achieved all your goals. Your business is flourishing, and you are leading a life you love. We're going to celebrate your success and much more this evening. 
  • Finish the evening with a toast to your next chapter...
DAY 9

Farewell

  • Transfers to Rome airport or the Stazione Termini if you are going leaving or a destination of your choice in Rome.  Alternately, you might choose to go with us to Amalfi and Sorrento.
